About the Role
Reporting to the Facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of repairs & maintenance around the resort in all our accommodations. Your role requires you to work as part of the Resort Facilities team across various areas of the resort. You will be maintaining guest areas and venues to ensure everything is pristine, providing competent solutions to problems promptly with high standards of work. You will carry out general maintenance and repairs across the resort, ensuring safe and secure environments by adhering to current health and safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Have experience in a maintenance/construction environment, with skills in carpentry, general DIY, and/or basic plumbing.
* Ability to prioritize workloads, act in the best interest of guests, and work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
* Possess a positive approach to problem solving and interact well in a guest-focused environment.
* Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and have knowledge of relevant regulations and health & safety procedures.
* Good communication skills and pride in detailed record-keeping.
* Maintain a professional and positive attitude, enjoying teamwork and independent work.
