As our Policy Maker, you’ll be the architect of the station’s ethical and operational framework. You’ll ensure our policies reflect our values, comply with broadcasting standards, and support a safe, inclusive space for all.

What will you be doing?
* Develop and review policies on programming, conduct, and community engagement
* Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and ethical standards
* Collaborate with volunteers, staff, and community members
* Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into every policy
* Support training and awareness of station policies
