About the Role:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to help a child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Assist with communication strategies, including BSL, Makaton, or other AAC methods (Not essential)
* Implement individual learning strategies in line with the child's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Work closely with teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals to adapt learning activities.
* Encourage independence while offering reassurance and guidance.
* Track progress and share key insights with the wider school team and parents.
* Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment, following safeguarding policies.
