Our Client in Plymouth is actively seeking Vehicle Technicians to join their growing team. As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience founded on trust and transparency. A commitment to quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are central values that guide this team. This is a Monday to Friday role (42 hours/week) - no weekend working - plus the chance to earn an additional performance-based bonus. Technicians at all levels are encouraged to apply. Packages vary depending on experience and qualifications, with earning potential as follows: Service and Maintenance Technician: up to £37,700 Service and Diagnostic Technician: up to £40,220 Senior Technician: up to £42,740 Master Technician: up to £47,780 Sign-on Bonus: £1,000 in month 1 and another £1,000 in month 13!
