Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions from origination to completion
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and intermediaries
* Take a leading role in business development, including pitching and winning new mandates
* Oversee financial modelling, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials
* Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with external advisors
* Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring high‑quality delivery across projects
* Contribute to strategic initiatives and the continued growth of the firm
About You
* 5+ years of experience within corporate finance/investment banking/transaction services
* Strong track record of executing mid‑market transactions
* Demonstrable business development capability and commercial awareness
* Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a partner‑led, fast‑paced environment
