Structural Revit Technician
Altera Recruitment Group is partnered with a forward-thinking engineering consultancy specialising in survey, design, and Building Information Modelling (BIM). The consultancy combines technical expertise with cutting-edge technology and BIM modelling, to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
The Structural Revit Technician will support the structural and civil engineering team by producing accurate Revit models and detailed structural drawings, ensuring design quality and consistency across projects. The role may involve visiting sites for inspections and surveys, assisting in developing departmental BIM standards, and collaborating with engineers, designers, and the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce clear and accurate structural drawings and Revit models.
* Conduct site inspections and assist with surveys as required.
* Contribute to the development of departmental drawing / BIM standards and QA procedures.
* Translate manufacturers details onto working drawings and models.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and the wider construction team.
* Ensure adherence to company processes and standards at all times.
