Salary: £28,000 - 30,000 per year Requirements:

* We are looking for individuals who are at the beginning of their IT career journey. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong attention to detail. While formal experience is not required, here are some qualities and skills that we value:
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
* Interest in learning systems such as ERP, CRM, or HR software.
* Ability to prioritize simple tasks and seek support when needed.
* Willingness to develop professional communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a desire for continuous learning.
* A proactive approach while seeking guidance when unsure.
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* As an IT Support Trainee, you will play a key role in assisting our IT team with various tasks, including:
* Providing first-line support for basic IT incidents and service requests under supervision.
* Documenting recurring issues and solutions for core business systems.
* Supporting users with day-to-day system queries and escalating more complex issues when necessary.
* Maintaining accurate records within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
* Documenting processes and updating internal knowledge bases.
* Carrying out routine system administration tasks as assigned.
* Communicating with external suppliers as directed by senior team members.
* Escalating unresolved issues promptly to senior colleagues or management.
* Following change management procedures with guidance.
* Handling general administrative duties, including acting as the central contact for a hardware supplier.
