We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Server to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
* Train and mentor serving staff on best practices in hospitality and guest services.
* Manage table assignments and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
* Uphold food safety standards by monitoring food handling practices and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
* Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
* Perform basic math calculations for bill processing and ensure accurate transactions.
* Collaborate with management to implement new menu items or changes based on guest feedback.

* Proven experience in a restaurant setting, with a strong understanding of serving protocols.

* Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during peak hours.
