Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner to join a well-established accountancy practice. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic vision, strong client relationship management and a strong commercial mindset.
As a Partner that successful candidate must hold a current practising certificate and will play a critical role in shaping the future of the practice, delivering exceptional service to our clients, and developing the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth Planning : Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the firm’s long-term goals, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
Commercial Expansion : Identify, evaluate, and execute growth opportunities across service lines (audit, tax, advisory, etc.) and industry verticals.
Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive client retention and account expansion.
Market Intelligence : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions and positioning in emerging markets.
