The Role
As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and servicing life safety systems. This is a local role, meaning you'll work within Coventry and the surrounding area, providing outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
 * Servicing and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire detection, nurse call, emergency lighting, and associated life safety systems.
 * Preventive and reactive maintenance visits to customer's premises in Coventry and the surrounding area.
 * Working to British Standards and ensuring our customers receive the excellent service that they deserve.
 * Support out of hours commitments with the on‑call rota.

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a motivated and skilled engineer who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing exceptional service. About you:
 * Previous experience maintaining life & property protection systems.
 * Ability to provide resolute support to the Service Delivery Team and Fixfire customers.
 * Be self‑motivated and carrying out your duties with skill and efficiency.
 * Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
 * A full UK driving licence.
 * Experience with Door Access Control, Intruder Alarms & CCTV systems would be advantageous but not a necessity.
This position requires a full DBS check/enhanced security screening.
