Job Role
10. Assist the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the production of high-quality pastry and dessert dishes.
11. Lead by example to inspire and train junior kitchen staff.
12. Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and awareness of special diets/nutrition.
13. Foster strong working relationships within a busy, collaborative team.
Your Skills and Experience
14. Experience: A proven track record in a busy commercial pastry section.
15. Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Catering (or equivalent) and a valid Food Hygiene certificate.
16. Skills: A strong work ethic, creative flair, and excellent communication skills.
17. Reliability: The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, professional environment.
