Position Overview
Pivot OnSite Innovations is seeking an experienced Industrial Athletic Trainer for our client’s site in Saline, MI. This full-time role offers a schedule from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday, focusing on employee health, wellness, and safety. The trainer will work on injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, first aid, and health education, fostering a culture of trust and care among employees.
Responsibilities
* Perform wellness assessments and ergonomic risk analyses.
* Develop and implement wellness initiatives and ergonomic interventions.
* Provide first-aid and manage musculoskeletal complaints using various techniques.
* Conduct injury assessments and participate in education and injury prevention efforts.
* Coordinate treatment plans involving therapeutic exercises and modalities.
* Analyze data, complete documentation, and generate reports.
* Build trust with employees and communicate with safety personnel.
* Attend meetings, serve on committees, and contribute to company communications.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree, BOC certification, state licensure, current First Aid/CPR/AED, willingness to travel, strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred: 2+ years of athletic training experience, OSHA/worker’s compensation knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ergonomic/occupational health experience, CEAS/OSHA10 certification.
