The Role You'll join a close-knit and high-performing team of Process and Development Technologists. This role plays a vital part in the end-to-end development process - from concept to launch. It's all about scaling recipes from kitchen bench to factory production line, ensuring food safety, and working with stakeholders across the site to deliver quality products at scale. You'll lead trials, manage paperwork, liaise with Ops, Tech, and Planning teams, and help steer junior technologists.
