What you will do
You will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients
1. Work on service requests where you will be performing troubleshooting in front- and backend applications
2. Communicate effectively to clients and internal collaborators
3. Document notes, activities, resolutions, and other knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation
4. Priorities work based on severity and urgency
5. Participate in on-call rotation
6. Maintaining interfaces like registration/scheduling (ADT/SIU), Orders (ORM), Results (ORU), Document (MDM/ORU)
7. Support Interface monitoring and post go-live maintenance
8. Analyse and ad-hoc scripts to resolve issues
Required Experience
9. A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant experience
10. Proficient English skills
