Description
AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Marketing Assistant. Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry.
1. Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple systems to assist marketing team with achieving the department goals
2. Liaising with internal business units and external vendors/agencies
3. Support marketing team by resolving internal ticketing requests
4. Assist with CRM email/text template creation
5. Comfortable with using social media tools for departments efforts
6. Handle marketing department invoicing and budgeting for branches
7. Online marketing portal order fulfillment
8. Lead aggregator vendor management and fulfillment
9. Training material preparation for marketing
Qualifications
10. High School Diploma or equivalent.
11. 1-3 years Marketing experience required.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
13. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, a plus but not required.
14. Excellent communication skills; capable of dealing with a wide range of personalities.
15. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and external vendors.
16. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
17. Strong organizational skills.
18. Ability to use time and resources effectively.
19. Insurance, Mortgage or Real Estate industry experience a plus.
20. Eagerness to expand knowledge base and learn new skills as required.
