Are you passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in your community? We're looking for compassionate and responsive individuals to join our Telecare Service team, providing vital support to customers in their own homes across the city.
Telecare Responder (Night Shifts)
Contract: Initial 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
Shift Pattern: 4 nights on / 4 nights off
Shift Times: 8:45 PM - 7:30 AM
Location: City-wide coverage (company vehicle provided while on duty)
About the Role As a valued member of our overnight Telecare team, you'll respond to a variety of alerts and activations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals. This is a hands-on, community-focused role where no two nights are the same.
Providing practical support with mobility, personal care, and fall recovery
Reacting to various assistive alerts, such as property exit sensors, smoke alarms, and pressure mats
Comprehensive training and induction will be provided to ensure you're fully prepared and supported in your role.
Confident working independently during overnight hours
Comfortable providing hands-on personal care when needed
Flexible and responsive to a wide range of situations
A full UK MANUAL driving licence
Willingness to work a consistent night shift rota
A company vehicle provided during your shifts
Full induction and ongoing training
