- Days & Nights Contracted hours: 45 Earlsferry House Care Home is set in a beautiful coastal location in Elie and Earlsferry, providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for 26 residents.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team and make a real impact every day.

What We Offer £19.76 per hour 45 hours per week (4 x 11.25-hour shifts per week – mix of days and nights) Pension, paid PVG, and uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) Your Role As a Registered Nurse at Earlsferry House, you will provide personalised, high-quality care tailored to each resident’s needs.
You will collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to implement care plans, monitor health, administer medications safely, and guide the care team in daily routines.
Supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing will be central to your role, alongside fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging social engagement.
You will act confidently in emergencies and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
