Admin Officer - Rugeley
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required)
£12.36, rising to £12.53 at week 12
Temporary assignment with potential to extend - currently on the system until October 2025

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting an Administrator to support a busy Public Sector department in Rugeley, WS15 2FX.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing papers and files for court
2. Collection of financial impositions imposed by the court
3. Post opening and dispatch.
4. Standard letters and correspondence, notes, reports, submissions etc, according to guidelines and instructions.
5. Processing casework
6. Use of Excel and trackers
7. Ensuring compliance and administration documentation meet quality standards.
8. Telephone calls
9. Adhoc admin - photocopying, scanning, filing
10. Clerking - face to face customer service
What We're Looking For:
11. Strong communication skills
12. Proficiency with Microsoft Office - especially excel
13. A flexible and reliable approach to work
14. Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
Important: This role requires a DBS check and three years of references.
