This role is based at Stuart House, Peterborough with occasional travel to meet with suppliers and key contacts. Job Opportunity Drawing on your exceptional account and people management skills, you will manage the UK and Export claims process, resolving discrepancies quickly and accurately to ensure our Publishers titles achieve on sale. You must be able to build strong relationships with internal and external teams, including our primary carrier and wholesale teams. Be able to problem, solve, think on your feet and thrive in a busy, fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities will include: Manage the UK and export claims process end to end, ensuring delivery discrepancies are accurately processed to the required timelines. Support/cover for the Wholesale Ops Coordinator - On Sale Compliance reporting, wholesale invoice queries, and day to day queries. Key influencer in Supply Chain operational planning. Proactively identify cost saving benefits and process improvements.
