Are you a hands-on leader with a head for heights and a passion for delivering quality work in the field? We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team, working on exciting telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Leading site-based teams to deliver high-quality telecoms work both on the ground and at height.
* Carrying out installations, decommissioning, inspections, and maintenance on telecoms structures.
* Performing small civils tasks such as fencing and concrete repairs.
* Ensuring all work meets our high standards for Health & Safety and Quality.
* Mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise.
* Supporting office-based teams with technical input during project planning.
What Are We Looking For?
* Engineering background preferred; telecoms experience a bonus.
* Experience in working at height on towers and masts, as part of a team.
* Skilled in general construction works.
* Strong understanding of safety in the workplace.
* Strong communicator and team player.
* Ability to provide effective solutions to resolve issues on-site.
* Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic.
* Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Willing to travel and stay away from home during the week.
* Full UK driving licence.
