The Urgent Care Teams are a 24/7 service providing a first point of contact, comprehensive triage service, telephone and face-to-face clinical assessment to patients and/or their carers/relatives, enabling safe and appropriate clinical decisions and care plans.
The Urgent Care teams, including the Clinical Assessment Service, Community Urgent Care Team, and Crisis Support Team, are responsible for health and social care triage. They support the prevention of hospital admission and/or early discharge through assessment and treatment of individuals in crisis, including those with complex and specialist needs, to develop, implement, and evaluate care programmes. The teams also support individuals to remain in community settings during crises and treatment periods.

Salary: Range 4 £24,645 - £27,202 per annum - appointed on a fixed salary point within this range
Work pattern: Rota including weekends and Bank Holidays
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative service supporting team members, managers, senior managers, and executives by performing various administrative tasks. They will work independently, prioritise tasks, and support performance monitoring within CUCT, continually developing systems to streamline and improve the service. Responsibilities include managing office operations, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and providing assistance in a fast-paced environment.
