Administrator - Private Wealth Team - St Albans
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the Private Wealth Department in the St Albans Office of this highly regarded Commercial Law Firm which prides itself on its professional ethos and collegiate and flexible working environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Opening new client files and assisting with onboarding them by processing Anti-Money Laundering documents
· Archiving files online and to external storage including dealing with client balances, arranging retrieval, when necessary, from archiving storage
· Filing documents in relevant client files and subfolders, both paper and electronic
· Managing Post – including – incoming and outgoing; scan to our document management system (iManage); retrieve physical file attach post and present to fee earner
· Photocopying and scanning
· Typing and amending documents
· Diary management
· Telephone and email communication with clients and 3rd parties ensuring messages are passed on promptly and accurately
· Updating case management system
· Additional ad hoc support/cover as and when required (including Reception cover)

* Competent user of Outlook, Word and Excel
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner and face to face communication skills with colleagues and clients
