Mortgage Advisor – East Bristol
We are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business that co‑owns a number of Indy Agency businesses in the Down End & Lyde Green areas. The business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation.
The business is extremely busy and productive as a result of a real focus by the Estate Agency business on the Mortgage opportunities. We are now looking for a further advisor to accommodate the large business numbers that keep growing each year as a result of continued new business from the Estate Agency and the remortgage opportunities that keep rolling over as the business ages.
Base salary DOE and negotiable but circa £32,000. Average loan sizes are circa £300k meaning £50,000+ earnings and more are certainly possible.
We are ideally looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience. The role cannot be compared to that of corporate‑linked Financial Services linked to Estate Agency; no micro‑management here.
