Construction Manager - Civils
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a strong Civils Background to oversee and manage construction projects from start to completion.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes within a Civils Scheme.
Duties
* Lead and manage construction project, ensuring your sites work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, working closely with our Planner and SLT Team.
* Monitor progress on-site and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before commencing work.
* Provide leadership and guidance to site teams, fostering a culture of safety and collaboration - motivating the team to drive performance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry - must be within the Civils sector**
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
* Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields would be advantageous.

* £ £350.00 per date - experience dependent
