Responsibilities
* Focus on delivering individual projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget with a more immediate focus.
* Scope Management: Manage a single project with defined objectives, deadlines, and deliverables, aiming to complete the project on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Strategic Focus: Manage day-to-day resources, schedules, and deliverables for their project.
* Time Horizon: Work with a shorter, defined timeframe as projects have a set beginning and end.
* Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders related to the specific project, ensuring clear expectations for deliverables.
* Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues specific to the project within its scope.
* Resource Management: Ensure the project team has the necessary skills, tools, and time to complete the work.
* Financial Management: Manage the budget for the specific project within financial constraints.
* Change Management: Handle changes that directly impact the project, including scope, timelines, or resources.

Qualifications / Skills
* Proven ability to plan, execute and deliver projects effectively.
* Proven ability to identify and manage risk effectively.
* Effective communications skills to manage stakeholder expectations through clear project reporting, RAID management, and action closure.
* Demonstrated expertise in business readiness planning and execution to ensure seamless adoption of change initiatives.
* Experience delivering complex technical and system change projects effectively.
* Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, with the ability to influence outcomes across different reporting lines.
* Understanding of governance frameworks to ensure control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
