Our client is a global leader in designing and manufacturing advanced fiber lasers for cutting, welding, and marking applications across various industries. They are driving innovation in laser technology and expanding rapidly with exciting new product launches.
We are recruiting an Inventory Coordinator to support their growth and ensure the seamless flow of materials that power their manufacturing excellence.
Your Role
As Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations by managing raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure production continuity and system accuracy. Your responsibilities will include data integrity, physical stock control, and acting as a key link between production, procurement, and warehousing.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain inventory levels for raw materials, components, finished goods, and non-conforming stock.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits.
* Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and generate inventory reports and dashboards.
* Liaise with Production and Procurement teams on material availability and stock forecasting.
* Support lean practices (SYNCHRO principles) and continuous improvement initiatives across inventory processes.
* Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including FIFO management and space utilization.
What You’ll Bring
* 24+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, ideally in manufacturing.
* Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems.
* Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
* Solid understanding of supply chain and lean manufacturing principles.
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt under pressure.
