We’re working with a remote first, digital performance marketing agency looking for a Performance Strategy Director to take a pivotal leadership role. Our Client Our client is a digital performance marketing agency who work with a host of Ecommerce brands across the fashion, beauty, wellness, and FMCG sectors. They work as strategic partners with clients with passion and integrity, whilst delivering outstanding ROI through an intelligent, strategic approach. They have a fantastic culture, support charitable alignments, and have volunteer days and sustainability training. The Role You will be responsible for owning the strategic direction across their portfolio of clients, leading acquisition and retention strategy, and working closely with department leads to deliver top class results. You will drive growth for clients by bringing together performance marketing, lifecycle marketing and brand strategy, driven by commercial thinking and sharp data insights. Key responsibilities will fall within growth strategy and planning, client and team leadership, and performance and innovation. You This is a pivotal leadership role if you are passionate about scaling brands, building successful strategies, and mentoring teams to deliver outstanding results across performance marketing. You will be a commercially-minded Performance Strategy Director with significant experience in DTC, subscription models, and Ecommerce brand growth. Strong experience across acquisition and retention strategy with demonstrable results, you will have leadership and mentoring experience of team members at all levels, and be a strong communicator, comfortable in a senior client facing leadership role.
