This role will be offered on hybrid basis, travelling to the site in Reading area 3 days a week.
The ideal candidate has strong communication and project management skills and experience of pharmaceutical/clinical trial supply chain.
Main responsibilities:
-Manage all phases of Clinical Trial Services projects from initiation to close-out in accordance with Global Standard Operating Procedures.
-Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, clients, customers, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
-Communicate project progress proactively within the internal team and with external stakeholders.
-Oversee project financials, including budget consolidation, cost control, invoice tracking, and client billing.
-Support client needs related to distribution, storage, and packaging and labelling solutions.
