The Eastern Learning Alliance is excited to offer a range of opportunities to work at the newest school in our high-performing network across the East of England.
Our Trust’s vision is to ensure that the strong academic and pastoral provision shared by all our schools is accessible to students at Littleport from the start of their journey with us.
We value world-class educational outcomes, inclusive practice, and strong community engagement. Our approach focuses on improving the life chances of every young person in our care. These priorities are shared by all staff across our settings.
We are seeking a strong team player, hardworking and enthusiastic, to join our pastoral team. The successful candidate will supervise, manage, and coordinate learning resources for students in our behaviour hub, develop supportive relationships with students, teaching staff, and parents, and work to help students reflect upon and modify their behaviour.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in playing a significant role in helping students succeed by improving their behaviour and reintegrating them into lessons. The role is suitable for both teachers and non-teachers.
