Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Dependant on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Motorhome Technician to join our dedicated team here at River Motorhome Hereford, a trusted name in motorhome servicing and repairs.
About the Role:
As a Motorhome Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including habitation checks, mechanical servicing, fault diagnosis, electrical and plumbing repairs, and fitting accessories and upgrades.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine servicing, safety inspections, and maintenance on motorhomes.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, heating and gas systems.
Install motorhome accessories such as solar panels, satellite systems, and awnings.
Liaise with service advisors and customers as needed to explain work carried out.
Keep accurate service records and ensure all work meets safety and industry standards.
Damp Surveys, targeted Repairs, and Professional Resealing.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a motorhome or caravan technician (or transferable experience from similar roles)
Strong knowledge of 12v/240v electrical systems, LPG, and water systems.
NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant trade is desirable but not essential.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A full UK driving licence.
