We are seeking a qualified Adult Social Worker to join our client Team on a 3-month assignment. This is a full-time role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and review support for adults in need.
* Respond to safeguarding concerns and promote wellbeing and independence.
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to deliver high-quality adult social care.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* Experience in adult social care practice, including safeguarding.
* Knowledge of Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and related policies.
* Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
