About the Job
We are looking for an energetic, visionary, and client-focused leader to join a high-growth Data & AI team in Europe. This role sits at the intersection of business development, commercial strategy, and delivery enablement, helping organisations unlock real business value through data and artificial intelligence.
You will play a key role in shaping and owning senior client relationships, driving large-scale transformation programmes, and bringing next-generation data and AI offerings to market. While this is not a hands-on coding role, it requires strong depth in data architecture, governance, AI technologies, and programme delivery, along with the ability to guide teams and influence senior stakeholders.
This position is about bridging the gap between ambition and execution—turning strategy into delivery, and delivery into measurable growth. You will work closely with delivery leaders, partners, and clients to scale impact across data modernisation and AI enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Market Leadership
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, advising on data and AI strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
* Lead the origination and conversion of large-scale transformation engagements
* Shape and lead proposals, commercial negotiations, and complex deal structures
* Act as a recognised thought leader through industry engagement, publications, and events
Commercial & Growth Strategy
* Drive go-to-market activities and pipeline development across Data & AI offerings
* Translate market opportunities into scalable commercial strategies
* Support revenue growth while ensuring strong delivery alignment
Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration
* Collaborate with key technology partners to align on joint go-to-market initiatives
* Support co-sell opportunities and partner-led pipeline generation
* Work with internal teams to develop propositions, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials
* Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activity
About You
* Extensive experience in business development, go-to-market strategy, or commercial leadership within Data, AI, or Cloud environments
* Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, pricing strategies, and value-based selling
* Proven ability to build senior client relationships and close complex deals
* Deep knowledge of data platforms, AI technologies, and transformation programmes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
