Location: M&S, 21-25 High Street, Petersfield, Hampshire, England, GU32 3JT
Salary: £13.58 per hour. Guaranteed 40+ hours per week.
Candidate must have 5 years trackable working history in the UK.

Responsibilities
* Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store
* Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
* Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
* Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
* Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
* Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times
