A hugely popular day centre is looking for a fun and friendly Learning Support Worker to work 1:1 with various young adults. The learners within this setting have complex SEN needs, Autism and Social processing disorder and require support in all classes and activities. The setting in question supports young adults from the age of 19 years. This is a lively and active setting that offers a bright spacious learning environment including outdoor learning spaces. This is a setting with a real community ethos, from the minute you walk through the school gates you feel welcomed. This role is needed on a full time basis, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. This role is needed all year round and is a permanent opportunity. This role does not include evenings, weekends or shifts.

Responsibilities:
1. Support learners on a 1:1, small group basis
2. Offering care and education support
3. Supporting with learning, life skills and social activities
This role is open to receiving applications over the next week. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
