Program Director Role:
As a Program Director, you will lead customer programmes and projects across ERPM, HCM, and CX domains. Your expertise will drive the delivery of exceptional solutions, exceeding client expectations. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their SaaS transformation journey and fostering an innovation mindset.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 10 years of programme or project management experience is essential.
* At least 3 years of full-life cycle experience in Oracle Applications, Technology, or Systems implementation is required. Alternative experience with similar solutions will be considered.
* Proven customer-facing skills, preferably within an IT professional services organisation.
* Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in managing and forecasting large project budgets.
* A track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, maintaining high quality.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
* Energetic and enthusiastic about technology, people management, and relationship building.
* Willingness to travel.
* Familiarity with various implementation methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and the ability to recommend client-specific approaches.
* Understanding of AIs role in business and project implementations.
* Degree or equivalent experience required.
* Programme Management qualification (MSP) is desirable.
* Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master are preferred.
* Membership of a professional project management community (PMI, PMP) is advantageous.
