Scheme ManagerLiverpoolTemporaryPart Time – 12 HoursSummary An excellent opportunity has arisen for a compassionate and organised Scheme Manager to support residents within a homeownership scheme in Liverpool, promoting independence, wellbeing and the delivery of high-quality, safe and value-for-money housing services.THE ROLE As a Scheme Manager, you will be the main point of contact for residents, delivering day-to-day support and ensuring schemes are safe, well-managed and compliant with all relevant standards.
* Act as the primary contact for residents, providing information, advice and support to promote independent living
* Assess individual resident needs and prepare, implement and review tailored support plans
* Liaise with families, carers and external agencies to ensure holistic support is in place
* Coordinate local services to ensure schemes are clean, secure and well maintained
* Monitor contractor performance and take appropriate action where standards are not met
* Carry out health & safety checks, risk assessments and scheme inspections
* Support local housing teams with administrative duties, resales, income recovery and resident consultation
THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar scheme-based or housing support role, with a strong understanding of supporting older or vulnerable residents.
* Experience supporting older people or residents with varying support needs
* Knowledge of housing management, resident involvement and community care practices
* Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
* Competent in using IT systems, including basic Microsoft Word, Excel and housing databases
THE CONTRACT The pay for the role is £16.76 per hour LTD company rate.
