Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across Key Stages.
* Inspire students through dynamic and interactive teaching methods.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Foster cultural awareness and appreciation of modern foreign languages.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum.
Requirements for the MFL Teacher role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching French, Spanish, German, or other modern foreign languages at secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language education.
* Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
