They’re now looking for a Technical Manager to oversee a team of surveyors and analysts, ensuring the smooth delivery of asbestos projects across the South East.

The Opportunity
* Lead, support and develop a team of asbestos surveyors and analysts.
* Oversee project delivery for key clients ensuring technical and commercial success.
* Manage workloads and scheduling to balance efficiency with staff wellbeing.
* Maintain compliance with UKAS and ISO standards (45001).
* Support tenders, proposals and business improvement initiatives.
* Represent the technical function in client meetings and audits.
About You
* Experienced asbestos professional with strong leadership capability.
* BOHS qualified (P402 P403 P404); additional management qualifications desirable.
* Excellent working knowledge of UKAS procedures and quality systems.
* Confident communicator with a focus on mentoring and developing others.
* Organised, commercially aware and committed to maintaining high technical standards.
