Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. You will be a key player in guiding and empowering your knowledge through the team, serving as a role model in delivering the highest quality care and support. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced support workers to work within the healthcare community across a wide range of hospitals and homes. This is working with an agency where you have ongoing work available to suit your availability.
Relevant Experience
* Mental disorders – depression, OCD, Anxiety
* Eating disorders – adult/adolescents
* Addictions
* Elderly care
* Adolescents
Experience Required
* Must have at least 1 year experience in the UK
* The ability to learn and adapt to a busy and ever-changing environment
* DBS in date
* Two references covering one year employment
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in providing a wide range of high-quality support in a healthcare setting.
* Strong communication skills, with proficiency in literacy, numeracy and basic IT skills.
* NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
* A passion for delivering person-centred care and support.
* MAPA/PMVA or any other form of restrained training.
* Buccal training
