Health and Safety Manager
You will provide specialist subject matter expertise in Construction Health & Safety associated with large capital new builds, enabling works, refurbishment, and programmes. Across a wide range of clients including social housing and commercial works. What you will get.
1. Salary - £65,000 - £75000 (Dependant on experience and suitability for the role)
2. Pension 5% + 3%
3. Holiday 20 + Christmas Shutdown (5 usually)+ 8

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
6. Be based in north London 1 hour maximum travel from Barnet
7. Extensive experience in the field of Construction Health & Safety including a thorough working knowledge of the CDM Regulations.
8. 10 Plus year's experience in the field of public sector / social housing/ built environment H&S management.
9. Self-confidence to be able to Professionally challenge long established processes, policies and work activities and implement change.
10. Can build effective relationships with people at all levels within the organisation.
11. Provide proactive, visible Health & Safety Leadership.
12. Being commercially aware when providing Health & Safety advice and guidance.
