We are preparing for several high-impact projects which are due to launch over the next couple of months and looking to build up a network of highly talented professionals that we can work with on short notice or on a rolling basis.
Core Responsibilities:
* Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
* Advise on data privacy (GDPR) and intellectual property matters.
* Manage internal governance and corporate compliance.
* Provide legal support for international expansion and new partnerships.
Required qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor/Legal professional with tech industry experience.
* Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
* Ability to simplify complex legal jargon for non-legal stakeholders.
