What You’ll Be Doing
As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind daily branch operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
You’ll lead people, plan routes, optimise fleet activity, manage performance, and keep the operation performing at the highest level.
Your Impact Will Include
* Running daytoday operations within the Secure Area
* Leading and motivating a team of approx. 50 drivers
* Mastering fleet planning, vehicle utilisation and route optimisation
* Delivering firstclass service for all customer collections & deliveries
* Managing rosters, TMS updates, audit trails & daily reports
* Ensuring full compliance with operator licence rules
* Monitoring fuel, telematics and KPIs to control costs
* Upholding exceptional standards of security and safety
What we’re Looking For
You don’t just manage, you lead, organise and get things moving.
Essential criteria
* Strong fleet management and route planning experience
* Confident leader with great communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Solid experience with Microsoft Office
* Health & Safety awareness
* Ability to stay calm under pressure & own your decisions
* 5 years of checkable history
Bonus
* Previous experience in operations or logistics supervision
