We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in either Chatham or Wolverhampton on a 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract.
What you will be doing
As Marketing Manager you will lead on our strategic partner marketing strategy and activation activities, delivering a full mix of marketing to support BSBank strategies. The role requires ownership of the allocated brand marketing strategy, ensuring differentiation from other group brands and competitors, and managing end‑to‑end communications plans, product launches and cross‑channel delivery.
* Support the Head of Comms with strategy planning and ensure a differentiated approach for the allocated brand.
* Take ownership of the brand, working closely with the Head of Comms to ensure all activity supports brand development.
* Develop and align end‑to‑end communications and channel plans for product launches and retention campaigns.
* Act as the go‑to expert for the brand, understanding market, competitors, customer sets and product mix.
* Own the content strategy across the allocated brand.
* Collaborate with the email delivery team to create relevant nurture journeys.
* Own marketing budget, reporting and sales team support (e.g., developing presentation slides).
Qualifications
* Previous experience planning and running successful marketing campaigns in a regulated environment.
* Experience managing communications programmes across multiple channels.
* Strong stakeholder skills, effectively communicating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
We offer a base salary of £42,000 – £54,000, dependent on experience, and a competitive benefits package including:
