Overview
We’re looking for a Multiskilled Operative to join our Sodexo team HMRC Bristol. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across the building, setting up meeting rooms and hospitality, supporting porter services, and delivering an excellent customer experience as the first point of contact for visitors.
Hours: 20 Hours per week, Monday - Friday 1500 - 1900. Salary: £12.21 per hour. Location: Bristol (BS2 0EL). Employer: Sodexo
What You'll Do
* Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks to agreed standards.
* Set up and refresh meeting rooms, including last-minute changes.
* Assist with hospitality requests (coffee stations, working lunches, refreshments).
* Complete reactive tasks and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
* Maintain tidy and safe storage areas, wearing correct uniform and PPE.
* Support porter duties including movement of furniture, stores, and mail.
* Provide outstanding customer service to staff and visitors.
* Be flexible to cover holidays, sickness, or additional duties when required.
Essential
* Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors.
* Strong awareness of health & safety and ability to follow procedures.
* Team player who can also work independently.
Desirable
* Experience in cleaning, facilities, or customer service.
* Ability to use initiative and adapt to changing needs.
