Responsibilities
Identify organisations who could be a good fit with relevant roles
Reach out to decision makers (emails / cold calling)
Arrange meetings in person to discuss opportunities (employers have no recruitment fees to pay)
Discuss reasonable adjustments for your clients
Coordinate work trials, interviews and placements
Support participants through job searching, CV writing and interview preparation (approximately 8×1.5‑hour meetings per week)
Track activity and outcomes to meet caseload targets
Qualifications
Preferred experience in sales or working with learning disability or autism clients
No prior sales experience required (full training and support provided)
Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car (mileage and parking are paid)
No home working – community based in cafés, libraries and community centres with one day per week in the charity's Stockport office for admin and team support
