What You’ll Be Doing

* Experience leading in a restaurant or similar fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
* Personable with the skills to inspire and motivate a team.
* Someone who lives and breathes hospitality and top‑tier service.
* Great communicator.
* Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* A problem‑solver who’s hands‑on and ready to tackle challenges.
* Able to stay cool, calm and focused in a busy setting.
