We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a passion for property and have a knack for building relationships. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of properties, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the process.
Duties
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties when required highlighting key features and benefits.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions in our database.
* Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, marketing materials, and property listings.
* Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
* Stay informed about local property market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
* Previous experience is essential, within a property sales environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
