In this role, you will own the flywheel metrics and portfolio performance, ensuring we deliver exceptional results.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Deploy the Regional Portfolio Strategy: Collaborate with customer managers to implement our Pet portfolio strategy effectively.
* Build and Track Strategic Plans: Develop the portfolio strategic plan for your market or cluster and monitor performance through the S&OP+ cycle.
* Drive In-Year Growth: Lead the growth agenda for your portfolio, conducting performance reviews and creating actionable plans.
* Transform Assessments into Action: Work closely with local and regional teams to positively impact performance.
* Manage Innovation and Renovation: Collaborate with key stakeholders (MSD and sales) to successfully launch new initiatives.
* Portfolio Mix & P&L Ownership: Take charge of managing the portfolio mix and P&L for your respective areas.
* Build Communication Plans: Engage with stakeholders to develop effective communication strategies that align with our flywheel elements.
* Share Best Practices: Foster relationships across markets to share insights and influence future portfolio directions.
* Understand Pet Owner Behavior: Collaborate with CMI/research to gather data that supports our regional portfolio strategy.
* Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze the portfolio landscape to identify opportunities for performance acceleration.

* Experience: Proven background in portfolio management and brand building.
* Flywheel Analysis: Familiarity with flywheel analysis techniques.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to derive actionable insights from various data sets, including financial, category, and sales data.
* Motivation: Highly motivated and capable of working independently.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong influencing and relationship-building abilities.
