Our client, a dynamic healthcare organisation in South East London, is searching for a Lead Nurse to join their Substance Misuse team in South East London. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £53,000 per annum, along with a range of attractive benefits. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of nurses providing care to service users with complex needs.
* Ensure the service meets all CQC and national quality standards.
* Support detox programmes and clinical interventions with prescribing teams.
* Promote harm reduction strategies, including BBV screening and immunisation.
* Act as a point of escalation for safeguarding concerns and clinical risks.
* Contribute to staff development through supervision and training.
* Build strong relationships with external stakeholders.
* Participate in service development and clinical audits.
Package and Benefits
* Annual salary of £49,000 - £53,000.

The ideal candidate
* Be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
* Have strong clinical experience in substance misuse, community health, or mental health.
* Be confident in managing a team and leading on clinical best practice.
* Understand harm minimisation, detox processes, and BBV care.
* Be skilled in managing complex caseloads while maintaining high standards of care.
* Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
