Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments and reviews of foster and kinship carers.
* Providing ongoing support and supervision to foster families.
* Collaborating with multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
* Delivering training and development opportunities for foster carers.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a relevant social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should have:
